You will get a download link for Big Picture and AucAdvanced, which you NEED to use the BG + it’s the latest version. Here we go: (answer to this will give the links to just click and a download window will get opened. I think you have to open a new IE/Firefox window and copy it in there.

A good addon to get for this is CT_MailMod
it allows you to basically open all your mail and get your items all at once, saves a lot of time.

Maybe you’re pricing the items too high? Make sure you’re undercutting by a small amount.
