Just to point out, has anyone ever even read up on this shit? I have, and personally i find the history prettydamn cool, since these assassins are based on a real brotherhood of Assassins! Masyaf was real! They’re hidden blades were real! They were called the Hashashin, led by a man named Hassan-Al-Sabbah. Their main fortress was in the syrian area, by the name of Alamut, or the Eagles Nest, so thats where these guys are getting the eagle crap from.

the story is about the ancient templar assassin battle in modern times, i dont think any one really gives a shit about learning some history that can be seen on wikipedia, the modern day part is the entire story. the memorys are just subplots really
