more or less likely by now, u’ve heard they are gonna make a new splatterhouse, i myself haven’t played any of them (i’m only 16 so ya, i had no chance to) but these games look to dam awesome, so when the new one does come out, i will rent and beat the crap out of it lol, oh and also, i’m glad to see some reviews that are positive and not negitive for once, so, good job and great idea, good review also lol

you can find no1 on virtual console on the wii but I don’t know if you can find the 2nd on vc
2 is better and no1 is hard to find
dr west was that big head thing in splatterhouse 1 and that is the 2nd mansion the east mansion on a islind in the middle of a lake.

A lot of people are confused about Splatterhouse 2. What happens is that you don’t go back to the West mansion from the first game. You actually go to the nearby Mueller mansion. Jennifer is in fact “dead” and stuck in another dimension between worlds. You have to go there to save her. She has another chance in life. In the first game, she was in fact possessed, then she was killed. Notice when she turns to dust when you defeat her in part 1. This is all based on the Japanese version of 2.

It would be cool to have a remake/sequel of splatterhouse, but only if it was done in similar 2D fashion. I hate how game designers are too scared to make 2D games like this, and wind up ruining what would be a great game.
