i know that, but I don’t see screen tears and frame rate stutter on other games on youtube, so it’s not youtube, since youtube usually just lowers quality but not actual frame rate or screen tear. And that also says that even on such a lower quality screen, I can notice frame rate and screen tear problems means that they must be quite apparent during the actual game.
