i think i understand what the game designers were thinking. Whenever a real surfer gets hit by a wave he/she falls off. i think they were just micking this fact, which sucks for the game players.

Remember that this is filmed. The NES controller is probably a lot more common then something like a Turbo controller or the Advantage. Would you rather throw that, or a regular controller just for a (very awesome) ’shitty game’ review series?
